These Rules apply to the Sweepstakes operated by Ovation AV (the “Sweepstakes”). Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Rules.
PRIZE: The prize package will include: One (1) Pair of Klipsch Sixes wireless powered loudspeakers. There will be no cash or other substitutes for the prize. Entrant(s) are solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prizes specified in these Rules as being offered, including, without limitation, any and all taxes (if any).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, customs, duties and like amounts in connection with the prize are the entrant’s responsibility.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and qualify, each entrant must be a U.S. legal resident. As of the entry date, the entrant must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in the entrant’s state. When participating in the Sweepstakes, an opportunity to sign up to receive additional information from Ovation AV may be available. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including, but not limited to Ovation AV’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Entrants may need to provide proof of residency upon request. Employees of Ovation AV and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or qualify.
HOW TO ENTER AND QUALIFY: By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules.
Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) August 12, 2018 and ending at 11:59 pm ET November 10, 2018 by joining the Ovation AV mailing list.
All submissions received before 11:59 pm November 10, 2018 will be entered into the Sweepstakes. In total, each individual can submit one (1) entry into the Klipsch Sixes giveaway. Any multiple entries will be rejected.
For purposes of these Rules, “receipt” will occur when the servers operated by Ovation AV record the entry information resulting from an entrant’s entry being received. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Ovation AV for the purposes of these Rules. Mass entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified.
Submission of an incomplete or improper entry may result in disqualification. Ovation AV shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Ovation AV reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules.
Entrant(s) will be selected at random. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
Entrant(s) will be notified by email to the email address provided approximately two days after selection and entrant(s) are required to respond within 7 days of transmission of that notice or risk forfeiting the prize. If the entrant(s) fails to respond within that time period, the prize will be forfeited and may be offered to an alternate entrant(s) from the remaining entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. At the discretion of Ovation AV, an entrant may be disqualified for any of the following reasons: if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above, or if delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as, but not limited to, child support, spousal support, alimony, taxes or other similar payments.
Entrant(s) may be required to provide evidence that entrant is the authorized account holder of the address associated with the qualifying entry and complete an affidavit of eligibility and any applicable releases. By accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their names, photographs and/or other likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, all entrants release Ovation AV, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of the Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss.
USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: As permitted by law and in accordance with Ovation AV’s Privacy Policy, Ovation AV may use information which all entrants provide about themselves to send them announcements about Ovation AV's products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail.
